Classic Westport Spice Garlic Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced into strips.
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp Gold Coast Garlic Shake

In a medium bowl, toss chicken breasts strips with Dijon mustard. Place chicken in dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Blend bread crumbs and 2 tsp Gold Coast Garlic Shake. Spread mixture evenly over chicken breasts.

Bake in 350° oven for 30 min, or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with buttered vegetables or pasta.
