Westport Spice Return & Refund Policy
Before returning a product, contact us at 1 (800) 537-6470 and let us know why. We may be able to resolve a problem you have encountered. However, unwanted items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, if the item being returned is not opened. We will deduct the prepaid cost of return shipping from the refund. We will send you a prepaid return form. Once the item is received by Westport Spice, the refund will be applied (less return shipping cost).
