Classic Westport Spice Mesquite Chicken

4 chicken breast halves sliced into strips
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Westport Spice Mesquite Spice Blend

In a medium bowl, combine the mustard, oil and Westport Spice Mesquite Spice Blend. Toss Chicken in mixture and place in oiled baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with vegetables or potatoes.
