Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package, at room temperature cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) jar, drained and minced pimentos
4 tablespoons, finely minced onion

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

4 ounces 50% reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounce can mild chopped green chiles, drained
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
1 green onion, finely chopped
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the low-fat cream cheese, reduced-fat mayonnaise, and Prairie Fire Chipotle Pepper Blend.
Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, mild chopped green chiles, diced red bell pepper, and green onion to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Ingredients:
2-14½ ounce cans, undrained peeled & diced tomatoes
1 medium, small dice (1¼ cups) red onion
2 medium, seeded and finely chopped (optional) jalapeno peppers
¼ cup, finely chopped (loosely packed) cilantro
3 large cloves, crushed and minced (1 tablespoon) garlic
8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Border Bandito's Salsa Spice Blend
1 teaspoon or to taste salt
1, squeezed (2 tablespoons) fresh lime
Directions:
Stir all ingredients into a medium size bowl, being careful not to break up the tomatoes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Green Chile Roll-Ups

These Green Chile Roll-Ups make a perfect party appetizer. The cream cheese and green chiles are seasoned with Border Bandito's Salsa Spice Blend and rolled up in a soft flour tortilla. They are easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time.

Ingredients:
8 ounces, softened (regular or low fat) cream cheese
4 ounce can, undrained green chiles
2 teaspoons Border Bandito's Salsa Spice Blend
5-6 inch flour tortillas
Directions:
In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, chopped green chiles and Border Bandito's Salsa Spice Blend.
Wrap tortillas and heat in oven or microwave only until softened or to package directions.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge.
Tightly roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion.
Place in a sealed container and refrigerate until well chilled and firm.
Slice each tortilla crosswise into 1/2 inch pieces and insert a toothpick in each.
Serve on a party platter.

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
¼ cup salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
1 tablespoon Garden Harvest Special Blend
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
¼ cup real bacon bits
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a full boil and immediately remove from heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 20 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and cut lengthwise.
Remove yolks from eggs. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and mix together with salad dressing, Garden Harvest Special Blend, onion, sweet pickle relish, bacon bits, and mustard.
With a fork, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture. If desired, sprinkle with paprika, chili pepper, or cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate until serving.
